U.S. Cellular Center announced via a press release as the concert that was set for Saturday, August 22 2020 has now been rescheduled to Friday, September 18. It has also been moved indoors to the U.S. Cellular Center. If you previously purchased tickets, hang on to them as they will be honored for the new date.

The date change is due to the recent derecho storm that devastated the area on August 10. Cedar Rapids VenuWorks executive director Michael Silva stated :

Cedar Rapids has once again been hit hard by Mother Nature. We had hoped to move forward with the the Josh Turner concert scheduled for this Saturday. Many of our staff members and guests sustained significant damage to their homes and remain without power. Together with our partners, we feel the best decision is to reschedule this weekend’s event.”

If you have questions regarding the event you can contact the U.S. Cellular Center ticket office. Offices phones are currently not operational die to the recent storm. To contact the ticket office, visit the CREventsLive website.
