It seems like a consistent complaint about Cedar Rapids is that there just aren't enough fun things to do! Where can I take my family and have a great time, even when the weather is bad? Unfortunately one of those fun, family places has closed its doors for good in Cedar Rapids.

Speedezz Indoor Go-Kart Racing is just what it sounds like. Go-karts indoors on a short, fun, track. The large indoor facility is located at 1120 33rd Ave. SW in Cedar Rapids. Speedezz offered you a shot at getting behind the wheel and seeing just how good of a driver you actually were. You could stop by and race with friends and family, or get in a racing league. And it didn't matter if you were a rookie or an expert. Sadly, your chance to race at Speedezz in Cedar Rapids has come to an end, as the company announced its closing on Facebook.

Yes, Speedezz officially closed for good last night at 8 p.m. Sunday was the last day to come out and race, and use any gift cards before the track shut down for good. The business thanked customers for all the rides and also praised its employees for helping to establish a family-friendly atmosphere.

Can You Ace the Surprisingly Difficult Iowa Drivers Test?

It's not that hard, right? You know the answers.
