There were only a few Cedar Valley High School basketball games scheduled for Monday, January 20, 2014. A huge list of games for Tuesday night are on tap. The boys Associated Press Iowa high school basketball poll was released Monday afternoon, and three Cedar Valley schools cracked the Top 10.

Garth Tours To Ireland:
Garth Brooks has announced plans to play two shows in Dublin, Ireland in July, and he tells ABC News Radio to expect many more concerts outside North America on his upcoming tour.
Garth explains, "I think this is gonna have more of an international flavor than any of our tours have had so far." He adds that a lot of festivals have popped up in the years since he last toured, making it more cost-effective for him to play overseas.

‘Star Wars: Episode 7′ Script Complete, Says J.J. Abrams:
Finally, after months of development, J.J. Abrams has confirmed that he’s ready to move on to the next stage: this weekend at the Television Critics Association, the director confirmed that the script has been completed for ‘Star Wars: Episode 7,’ and that the production is now in “deep prep” on the upcoming film, which is scheduled for a December, 2015 release. Well that’s a relief.

Disney Releases New Maleficent (based Sleeping Beauty) Preview: (Video)
A new teaser for the Disney Maleficent, which stars Angelina Jolie as Sleeping Beauty's villain, has been released. The minute-and-a-half clip mixes footage from Disney's 1959 animated Sleeping Beauty film with shots from the upcoming live-action movie.
