NFL's NFC NORTH PICTURE:
Chicago must tie or beat the Green Bay Packers (7-7-1) at Soldier Field next week to make the playoffs. The Detroit Lions (7-8), who were 6-3 before losing five of their last six games, were eliminated from playoff contention via a 23-20 overtime loss to the New York Giants.

BEARS/PACKERS GAME TIME CHANGE:
The December 29 Packers-Bears game will be played at 3:25 PM CT on FOX.  The NFL also announced that the Week 17 Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys game on Sunday, December 29 will now be played at 7:30 PM CT on NBC, the Buffalo Bills at New England Patriots at 3:25 PM CT on CBS and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New Orleans Saints game at 3:25 PM ET on FOX, the NFL announced tonight.

Most markets will see four Sunday afternoon games (two on CBS and two on FOX) plus the NBC Sunday night game with the NFL’s Week 17 double doubleheader schedule, which was introduced in 2006.

On his Facebook page, against a shot of he and his late co-star Paul Walker on the set of the film, Vin Diesel announced that the seventh installment of the Fast and the Furious series will hit theaters April 10, 2015.

The Daily Mail reports the filmmakers are looking to Walker's "lookalike" younger brother, Cody, to double him if necessary, with the help of computer-generated effects to complete the illusion that the 40-year-old actor himself is onscreen. "Producers...can shoot Cody from behind and at distance and if it's a shot they need Paul's face in close up they can CGI it later on." The 25-year-old worked as a stuntman on the series.The source reportedly added, "If Cody agrees it's because he wants to honor his brother's memory."
