Enter to Win: Battle for the Valley Rodeo Bucks into Marengo
If you’re looking for a summer night packed with adrenaline, entertainment, and small-town energy at its best, the Battle for the Valley Rodeo is back and bigger than ever. On June 27th, 2026, the Iowa County Fairgrounds in Marengo will transform into a full-blown rodeo arena for one unforgettable evening of competition, community, and celebration.

This year’s event is proudly presented by Wild Horse Productions in partnership with Sandburr Rodeo Productions and powered by Lacaeyse Trailer Sales and Truck Accessories, bringing together top-tier rodeo talent and a full slate of fan-favorite events. From the moment the gates open, spectators can expect non-stop action featuring bareback bronc riding, saddle bronc riding, bull riding, barrel racing, and so much more.
But the rodeo isn’t just about the pros. One of the highlights of the night is always the Rising Stars of Rodeo, where up-and-coming riders get their chance to shine in front of a live crowd. Add in crowd favorites like mutton busting and the high-energy kids boot race, and there’s truly something for every age.

Families will find plenty to enjoy beyond the arena as well. Kids can look forward to free pony rides, meeting the rodeo clown, participating in interactive rodeo games, and visiting the petting area to meet the famous fuzzy cows up close. It’s not just a rodeo, but a full night out for the family.
When the final ride is scored and the dust settles, the entertainment keeps going. Stick around for a live performance by Ruari Brownell, taking the stage from 9:30 to 11 PM.
Here’s your chance to make the night even better. Fans can enter now to win a family four pack of tickets. No complicated steps, just fill it out the entry form below!
